The POST Coordinator couple sets the calendar for POST sessions, arranges for meeting space in churches (or other facilities) and schedules presenters. The POST Coordinator couple works with the Weekend Coordinator couple to effect a smooth transition for the couples finishing the weekend and beginning the POST program.
Currently, TCR offers Hybrid Post Sessions which are attended in-person and on-line via MS Teams.
Arrange meeting facilities for POST Sessions, (currently Guardian Angels in Oakdale, MN).
Develop POST Schedule with presenters input.
Schedule POST presenters 3-4 months ahead of time, and arrange for substitutes, if necessary.
Provide all Post presenters, Board members and newsletter volunteer with POST schedule.
Submit monthly attendance reports to Board members.
Be part of the committee that helps couples “Write-to-Heal”.
Attend monthly TCR Board meetings. (currently held via MSTeams - virtually 3rd Tuesday of the month 7pm)
Handle all POST business concerns & expenses.
Post Coordinator does not need to be present for all POST talks, but needs to help make sure presenters know how to set up for Post, connect to internet, and where supplies are stored.
Maintain close ties with the Weekend Coordinator couple.
Encourage POST presenters to attend all TCR functions, including Formation, Discernment, Summer Picnic, Christmas party, etc.
Order POST Workbooks and other supplies as needed.
Maintain and purchase necessary supplies for Post sessions, ie: coffee, napkins, etc.
Computer experience, ability to use Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook email program a plus.
Passion for helping couples heal their marriage.
Energy and enthusiasm.
4-8 hours a month, plus 2 hour monthly board meeting.
Coordinators encouraged, but not required, to attend the annual International Council Meeting (ICM), North Central Regional Gathering (NCRG), and Formation or Marriage Enrichment. Cost to attend is paid by TCR.
